A change in the method of return is against our accounting policy. If for any reason a tour is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund payable in the same method as you made your payment to us. Please understand that sometimes tours are forced to cancel due to a lack of sign up. We suggest the purchase of trip insurance to avoid such issues. D&F Travel, Inc is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and/or any penalties associated with such tickets. is unable to provide you with another trip that is satisfactory, all moneys paid will be refunded (minus handling fees) and shall constitute full settlement with you. Cancellation made within two weeks or less will forfeit the full price of the Day Tour. If cancellation is made more than two weeks prior to the Day Tour you will be entitled to a full refund* minus a $25 processing fee AND ticket price unless tickets are not involved. If day trip involves tickets (non-refundable), and you wish to cancel your reservation you will forfeit the cost of the ticket(s) as they are non-refundable in addition to processing fees.
